Returns and Refunds

  1. Change of Delivery Address:

    • Orders Already Shipped: Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. If necessary, please contact the original recipient or directly communicate with the local courier.
    • Disclaimer: Our company is not responsible for the loss of packages under the following circumstances:
      • Failure to inform us of a move before the order is shipped.
      • No one is available at the delivery address and it is not possible to contact anyone by phone.
      • The package is processed by the local courier company due to prolonged inability to contact the recipient.
      • Despite attempts to contact the recipient via email or text message, no response has been received.
  2. Modification of Size or Color Options:

    • Pre-Purchase Notice: All garments sold on our website use non-standard sizes, so please be sure to consult the size guide for each product before purchasing.
    • Before Order Processing: You are free to change the size or color of the purchased item.
    • After Order Processing: Once the order begins processing, it will no longer be possible to change the size or color of the item.
  3. Return:

    • Policy: We implement a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
    • Procedure: You need to send your return request to the email: support@kawasocks.com. Items eligible for return must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
      • Items with obvious signs of use
      • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
    • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
    • Refunds Delayed or Not Received: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kawasocks.com.
    • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  4. Exchanges:

  5. Shipping:

    • Return Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to:  Little Duck 2-102, Ho 506-2, Yoshikawa, Saitama, Japan,342-0041. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
