Shipping

Orders ship from China. Product packaging or labels may include Chinese text.

Please allow at least 15 days from placing your order to delivery.

Standard shipping is free for orders over US$30. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days after your order is delivered. Socks must be unworn.

KawaSocks covers return shipping costs for all accepted returns. Email support@kawasocks.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

The 7-day window is the deadline to request a return; your parcel does not need to reach us within those 7 days.

Email support@kawasocks.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can arrange a resolution. Return shipping costs, if a return is needed, are covered by KawaSocks.
