Shipping

Orders are shipped from China. Product packaging or labels may include Chinese text.

Estimated delivery is 10–15 days.

Standard shipping is free for orders over US$30. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

Returns and Replacements

Within 7 days after delivery, if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact support@kawasocks.com and provide your order information.

We may offer a replacement or refund. In most cases, you will not need to return the original item.

If you simply do not like the item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. We may arrange a replacement or another solution after reviewing the situation.
