Please allow at least 15 days from placing your order to delivery.
Standard shipping is free for orders over US$30. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days after your order is delivered. Socks must be unworn.
KawaSocks covers return shipping costs for all accepted returns. Email support@kawasocks.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
The 7-day window is the deadline to request a return; your parcel does not need to reach us within those 7 days.
